Food from Apulia

Pugliese cuisine, born of a poor region, is now gaining appreciation because of the quality of local products form the land and the sea.
Vegetables, grains, cheese and fish are the base of traditional everyday meals which are enhanced by the flavour of Pugliese Olive Oil.
The ingredients are ingeniously brought together creating unforgettable, healthy and genuine flavours such as orecchiette with fresh tomato or ciceri e tria (pasta with chik-peas) or soup and an infinite number of delicious plates.
